Your logo should define an identity that best portrays the essence of your business. To distill this essence and arrive at the optimum logo demands a number of things. Rigour from a design and development point of view; execution skill from an artwork perspective; and very importantly – a shared understanding between client and supplier.
As a seasoned logo designer I appreciate the importance of good chemistry between myself and my clients. And it’s one thing to have a logo you like, it’s another to have a logo you love – and still will in five years time.

How much does a logo cost?
A new logo starts at £200. This can increase depending on the complexity of the logo, or if the client changes their mind and a different approach is required. I am absolutely transparent about costs from the outset, so there are no surprises. Sometimes a reworking or a ‘polish’ of an existing logo is just a couple of hours work, in which case it would cost considerably less. I work on a case-by-case basis, but think £200 as a ballpark for starters.
What's the design process?
We would have initial consultation in person or by phone to find out what you want, what you are hoping for and what, if any, ideas you already have. This would be followed by me coming up with a few concepts, presented as a PDF. If one of these is chosen, there would be a refinement process with a couple of proof stages to arrive at the finished logo. Of course, sometimes this becomes a more protracted design process, and I am more than happy to make as many changes as required. Once the definitive logo is signed off, I can supply different versions for different uses – for example social media, favicons, email signatures and more.
Can you provide business cards and other stationery?
Yes of course! I have an excellent printer who is totally reliable, and extremely well priced. You won’t get a better deal anywhere else – if so I will match it. If it can be printed, I can provide it.
